In this workshop you will be taught how to make the perfect pasta dough, technicalities and movement of kneading. You will then learn to roll cut and hand shape your pastas. The types of pastas taught will be Farfalle & Tagliatelle.
You will also learn to make a simple sauce so that at the end of the workshop you can taste some of the the pasta made.
This workshop will be taught by Enrica who runs a small home business called @pasta.si. Enrica is from Napoli and as a typical souther Italian woman she loves both food and cooking. She says pasta making is therapeutic and feels it is a way to show love.
