What is Coffee Cupping?
Cupping is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional practice but can be done informally by anyone or by professionals known as “Q Graders”.
Cupping is maybe one of the most important parts of selecting and purchasing great coffee. It is how the quality of coffee beans are tasted.
This is a workshop for beginners and you do not need any prior experience to attend this workshop. We’ll set up a fun and interactive way of learning how to taste beans. During this workshop we will equip you with skills to cup, taste and record what you’re tasting.
